Q: Is it compatible with my printer?
It is compatible with virtually every Roland printer. Please contact us if you
do not see your printer on our product page.

Q: What size cores does it take?
It is compatible with 62mm and 75mm diameter core.

Q: What width core does it take?
Various sizes are available to fit your machine - please ask when ordering.

Q: Is it CE Certified?
Yes, it has been fully tested and is certified as fully compliant..

Q: How does it work?
The Windup device has an electric motor that applies just enough tension to collect media as it is printed. The tension is Adjustable to suit heavier medias by adjusting the tension screw.

Q: How soon is delivery?
Subject to stock we dispatch the WindUp via next day courier. (mainland UK)

Q: Is there a warranty?
Yes wind up is covered by a 90 day RTB warranty..

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
YES! We ship worldwide at very competetive rates.

Q: I am not in the UK, will Windup work on our electricity supply?
We have solutions for all countries and currently have Windup's running in
countries such as USA and the Czech Republic. Please contact us for details.
